The Cymer application and interview process kicks off when you hit the Submit  button. Our standard steps are a phone interview between you and one of our Talent Acquisition Partners, a second phone interview for you to speak with the hiring manager, then one or more on-site interviews with company stakeholders. At each step we carefully evaluate the interactions to determine whether or not to move forward. Although we’re dedicated to carrying out the process in a timely manner, travel schedules and day-to-day business commitments can cause delays.

  • Available positions are posted and removed on a regular basis, so you can return to the site for updates or create a profile to be automatically notified when new positions matching your profile become available.


  • Cymer will store your résumé on our servers and databases in the United States for an extended period of time for the purpose of considering you for employment opportunities. We follow the data protection laws as they apply in the United States. Please read our Privacy Agreement for further details. In the event that you would like your resume or personal information removed from our database please email our system administrator at and your information will be removed.


  • We encourage you to create a CymerCareers profile even if there are currently no available positions matching your skills and experience. This allows us to automatically notify you when potential matches become available.


  • When applying online please provide an electronic copy of your résumé/CV (PDF and Microsoft Word formats supported). Uploading an electronic file allows you to automatically populate portions of the online application, keeping the total time required to roughly five (5) minutes.


  • The Cymer Careers application system allows you to upload a maximum of five (5) documents, although we suggest you upload one résumé. When uploading documents related to a specific position please provide comments and the position name in the file name. All uploaded documents will be available to the recruiter reviewing your application.


  • You can update your information, profile, and active application(s) by logging in with your username and password. If you would like to withdraw your application for a specific active position you can do so in the Job Listing tool and My Jobs tab. Submissions for closed positions cannot be withdrawn.
